Exercise of the right of withdrawal

Effects of withdrawal

USA users
Each party expressly waives any right to a trial before a jury, in any court, in connection with any action or dispute.
Any claim under these Terms must be made individually and no party should participate in a class action or other process together with or on behalf of others.
