Manual harvesting with cassettes. Destemming and soft crushing. Racking takes place after alcoholic fermentation in steel. Aging in oak barrels French of 1st and 2nd step for 18 months and subsequent bottling.
Compact and homogeneous garnet red. Elegant nose of blueberry in spirit and crème de cassis, wilted red flowers, humus and nuanced animal tertiary nuances. A dynamic freshness rests on an evolving tannic texture that is well articulated with the alcohol content. Long and pleasantly savory finish.
